• All subscription plans and one-time purchases made through ‘The Gurukul’ are final once processed.
• If you experience technical issues or difficulties accessing the course content, please contact our support team within 3 days of your purchase for assistance.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
• Mistaken Purchase: If a subscription or course was purchased by mistake, a refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase.
• Technical Issues: If there are verified technical issues that prevent access to the course content or app features and we are unable to resolve them within 3 days, you may be eligible for a refund.
• Course Unavailability: In cases where a course is permanently removed from our platform, users may request a refund for unused portions of their subscription.
